Brian Bondi

President

Brian was born and raised in the Chicago area. As a young man his favorite thing to do was to play golf. He promptly got a position as a golf caddy at Medina Country Club where he learned a great deal about golf (putting, chipping, the break on the 5th hole ect.) More important to his later life, Brian got to spend time with lots of people and learn much about the way they think (how to control costs, communicate with employees and customers and to navigate some of the challenges associated with running a business.)” He uses all of these principals in running of Ingenious Remodeling LLC, his design and build remodeling company, every single day.

Brian’s communication skills were later refined when he and current business partner Adam Feinstein started a sales program with security leader ADT. Together they were able to help ADT sell over 5 million dollars worth of monitoring and equipment for the security titan.

Brian wanted to have more control over his business and more ownership. After purchasing his home and having work done by a contractor, he decided that this would be a good direction for him to go.

Additionally, it fit with his education in architecture. At Southern Illinois University, Brian started an apprenticeship with that contractor. At this point Ingenious Remodeling was forged.

Six years later, Brian has done millions of dollars in remodeling, specializing in higher end kitchens and bathrooms. The company also has extensive experience in;

Additions, garages, general contracting and about anything else construction related but lately has been specializing in ADA accessibility . Ingenious remodeling has the knowledge and experience to build your project, like many other contractors but the real difference is the attention to details and foresight to envision the final project throughout the build.

Adam Feinstein

CFO/Production Manager

Born and raised in Plainsboro, NJ I moved to Arizona in 1994 To attend ASU.

While getting my education at ASU I met my wife Laura. Upon graduating we decided to stay in Arizona with my wife. (one of the only AZ natives) We currently reside in Chandler with my 5 year old daughter Brynn.

My first work experience was as a sales person with ADT selling alarm monitoring and equipment. It was there that I first met Brian and within two years we started our own sales company. Brian and I developed a sales program with security leader ADT. Together they were able to help sell over 5 million dollars worth of monitoring and equipment for the security titan. Our relationship was successful until Brian left to start Ingenious: Then in 2010, Brian felt that my skills were going to be essential in helping Ingenious LLC move to the next level.

Our most recent accomplishments has been becoming an excellent design/building firm.

Erin Thorson

Designer

Erin Thorson, student member ASID, holds an Associate’s Degree and Advanced Certificate in Interior Design from Mesa Community College Mesa, AZ. She is currently pursuing a BS in Interior Design from Northern Arizona University. With 8 years in the kitchen and bath remodeling business she realizes the attention for detail needed for this industry. For over a year, she has been a member of our staff. Ms. Thorson provides material specification, design, and AutoCAD drawings to our clients. In addition, she is responsible for accounts receivable and miscellaneous office duties.
